A pale refreshing lemon colour with emerald hints is the first attraction. The nose is typically lifted lime and citrus fruit and the slightest hints of the prettiest jasmine. The palate is racy and vibrant showing lemon zest and freshly squeezed lime juice. There is a natural structure to this wine that indicates its quality, finishing with a beautiful savoury minerality found only in Great Southern Rieslings. Riesling is one of Australia's gifts to the wine world. It exudes passion and unadulterated purity, which is perfectly suited to our climate and the seafood cooked by Alastair McLeod.
