In the winery: Matured on yeast lees for 10 months prior to final blending.
In the glass: Pale gold.
On the nose: White peach with hints of butterscotch and ginger spice.
On the palate: Creamy, peachy varietal fruit, sweet vanillin oak, savoury lees characters and pineapple-like acidity. Intense but well balanced, flavoursome and very drinkable.
