Bethany Chardonnay 2015

Bethany Wines are true Barossa icons, and their Chardonnay is a consistent outstanding performer coming from low yielding vines ranging in age from 50 to 120 years old.
 
In the glass: Pale gold.
On the nose: Slightly funky peach, tropicals, fig, grilled nuts and cedar oak.
On the palate: A warm, full-bodied style with loads of flavour, minerally acidity and a deep core of fruit. Showing some bottle development and soft, almost creamy persistence.
