Bress is named after the famous Poulet de Bresse, a chicken breed from Burgundy with its own Appellation d’Origine Controllee status. Aptly, plenty of big white chickens roam Bress’ vineyard.

On the nose: Lime and wild honey.
On the palate: Featuring a slightly sweet, honeyed fruit entry, it’s ripe, juicy and textural with some residual sweetness balanced by lime-like acidity.
