In the winery: 100% free-run juice, with no fining or added acid, was gently pressed and fermented slowly in controlled conditions.
In the glass: Pale to mid straw.
On the nose: Intense lime-like fruit lift with a touch of anise.
On the palate: Lean, tight and minerally with cut grass and green apple characters, fresh but firm acidity and a touch of light phenolics. A Reserve style that needs time to show its best.
