Coppabella of Tumbarumba Sirius Chardonnay 2018

The vineyard's original owners sold their fruit to other wineries, with Block 20 going to Penfolds Yattarna. Today Block 20 is reserved for Coppabella’s flagship Sirius.
Pale lemon with a green hue. Complex and intriguing nose of grilled citrus, lime juice and struck match. Excellent acid line give focus and refinement to the crystalline mix of fruit, with fabulous purity and beautiful savoury oak.
