2021 was a cool year in Margaret River, which meant that it was superb for producing bright and intense Sauvignon Blanc, like this one from Credaro.
Pale with a green hue. Gooseberry, grapefruit passionfruit, asparagus and fresh herb. Punchy and flavoursome, with masses of tropical and citrus fruit, notes of capsicum and nettle, vibrant acidity, and subtle savoury elements adding to the crisp finish.
