A difficult variety to grow, Arneis loosely translated means ‘little rascal’ in the local dialect of Piedmont in the north east of Italy, where it was traditionally grown.
Pale and bright. Herb, florals, citrus and stone fruit. Clean and crisp entry of green apple, pear, lemon and lime, soft and creamy texture, drying acidity and touches of sea salt and celery on the savoury finish.
