This very pale straw coloured Sauvignon Blanc presents a mix of lemon sherbet, passionfruit and dried herbs on the nose. Tight, fresh and vibrant, the palate has grapefruit, gooseberry and tropical notes, lovely structure and texture and zesty acidity.
