Within the Mount Lofty Ranges, Gilbert Valley is fast emulating its neighbouring Clare Valley, producing some excellent Riesling as this fine organically produced example shows.
Bright and pale in appearance. Spicy lemon lime fruit lift with hints of white pepper. Tight, fresh and energetic in a youthful and spicy style, lime juice acidity and a long finish. Should develop well in the medium-term.
