Drawing on the knowledge of five generations of Burge vignerons, Grant Burge is able to source the finest of fruit to create this appealing Pinot Gris. This wine has a medium to full straw appearance and offers aromas of ripe pears, caramel and lemon rind. In the mouth it’s rich, full and very much in the Gris style. Its ripe fruit flavours and rich mouthfeel are nicely balanced by green apple acidity, which gives it a crisp finish.
