A Trophy winner at the 2016 Limestome Coast Wine Show, this cool climate Vermentino was harvested at 12 baume, which makes it a lighter style white. I love this style,

In the glass: Pale lemon.
On the nose: Light pear, Granny Smith lift.
On the palate: Delicate, dry and crisp, it’s quite restrained, in an almost neutral style, featuring a lovely savoury texture that’s just crying out for food.
