2021 blessed the Adelaide Hills with a superb vintage. The long, cool growing season made Chardonnay one of the stand-out's, and this is one from Heirloom is a great example.
Pale lemon. Restrained aromas of nectarine, grapefruit, apple and flint. Light-bodied with nervous cool climate acidity, a pure core of white and yellow fruit, subtle creamy textural elements, chalky minerality and subtle background oak.
