The Hunter sub-region of Pokolbin has some of the best soils in the region, and is right in the middle of what the locals like call the Grand Cru of the Hunter Valley.
Pale and bright in the glass. Lifted aromas of lemon, lime and cut grass. Tight and fresh with a lemony mix of fruit, hints of pine-lime splice and quinine, mouth-watering acidity and a clean finish. Just a baby.
