Winner of the Trophy for Best Sauvignon Blanc at the 37th Qantas Wine Show of WA, this is a very pale lemon coloured wine with a lovely fragrant nose of snow pea, asparagus, cut grass and dried herb varietals. Powerful yet elegant, the palate has great varietal and regional intensity showing citrus and rich tropical notes balanced by zesty acidity through to the mouth-watering finish.
