Fruit for the Omrah Chardonnay was sourced mainly from Plantagenet’s vineyards of Rocky Horror, Crystal Brook and Rosetta with a small amount from the Franklin and Pemberton regions to produce a predominantly Great Southern unwooded Chardonnay.
Bright pale yellow in the glass, this 2013 Chardonnay opens with fresh lemon, stonefruit and lifted apple aromas. Ripe, juicy and varietal, the palate delivers loads of peach, apricot and tropical fruit depth, soft, creamy texture and clean acidity.
