The use of old oak to ferment 30% of this wine has resulted in not only bright crunchy fruit flavours but a rarely seen textural element as well.
Fine straw with a delicate pink hue. Bold white pepper, talc, green apple, pear and anise. Shows terrific energy and focus with long pear and apple fruits, crunchy acidity and oyster shell minerality on the refreshing, bone-dry finish.
