An 80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Semillon blend, with the Semillon adding structure to the punchy Sauvignon Blanc. A trophy winner at the Royal Adelaide Wine Show in 2022.
Vibrant and pale with green freshness. White peach, lemon, green apple and cut grass aromas. Clean, crisp and bright with lashings of citrus fruit, tropicals and lemongrass, mouth-watering grapefruit acidity and a savoury finish. Very well-made.
