In the winery: Racked to French oak (20% new), natural fermentation, stirred when needed. Ten months on lees in oak before before being racked and blended for bottling.
In the glass: Pale lemon.
On the nose: Struck match, grapefruit, white peach and cashew.
On the palate: Shows a beautiful flavour core with subtle vanillin oak, racy and vibrant acidity and a long, classy finish.
