The revitalised and rejuvenated Saddler’s Creek is really starting to show us what it can do. With cracking wines like this, the future looks in very good shape.
 
In the glass: Pale straw with a faint bronze tint.
On the nose: Ripe pear and pink lady apple.
On the palate: Shows good balance and a soft creamy texture in a fuller Gris style – plush and juicy melon and pear, velvety texture, minerally acidity and mouth-watering persistence.
