The 2021 Inigo Riesling comes from three blocks, and each block was fermented separately using three different yeast strains to add complexity to the final blend.
Pale lemon. Fresh aromas of lemongrass, green apple, citrus and oyster shell. Crisp and bright, with a refreshing mix of lemon, lime and Granny Smith, creamy texture and mouth-watering acidity, talc-like minerality and a long, savoury finish.
