This bright Chardonnay by Shottesbrooke, a family owned, boutique McLaren Vale winery, is a perfect example of their range of full-bodied, stylish wines made using 100% estate grown fruit.
Bright lemon straw in colour, it has a bright nose with aromas of stonefruit and citrus lifting from the glass. The palate is surprisingly restrained for McLaren Vale with tightly wound acidity and a youthful core of citrus and ripe melon over cedary oak and persistent length.
