TarraWarra Estate Reserve Chardonnay 2015

Racked directly to barrel after whole-bunch pressing, and made without yeast or acid retention, this wine is the purest expression of TarraWarra Chardonnay.
 
In the glass: Pale gold.
On the nose: Limey fruit lift with marzipan and spice notes.
On the palate: Intense lime juice fruit power and persistence tempered by sweet oak and creamy lees. Nutty and spicy with great texture, savoury length and vibrant citrussy acidity. Very youthful with wonderful potential to develop.
