Tyrrell's Vat 1 Semillon 2004

This legendary Semillon from Tyrrell’s comes from their iconic Winemaker’s Selection and has won an impressive four Gold medals.
 
An example of classic Hunter Semillon it’s an amazing colour for its age – glowing gold with a hint of still-youthful green. There’s gorgeous lemon butter, lanolin and toast aromas with a lifted freshness on the nose. It has an amazingly juicy, fresh fruit core with lemon, straw, talc and secondary notes of honey and buttered toast. Vibrant and deep, it has perfect acidity and mouth-watering length. Will continue to develop further in the bottle.
