Two hours south of Perth, amongst the rolling hills of WA is the Ferguson Valley, home to Willow Bridge, which was established by the Dewar family in the late 1990s.
Very pale straw in colour with aromas of pea pod, passionfruit, grapefruit and lemongrass. The palate is elegant and pure with a concentrated core of lemon and tropical fruit, herbaceous, mouth-watering acidity and a juicy finish.
