In the glass: Pale straw.
On the nose: Fresh green apple, citrus and oyster shell minerality.
On the palate: Very ripe and juicy with fleshy apple and grapefruit core depth, creamy mouth-feel, talc-like delicacy, refreshing acidity and a long finish.
