After fermentation and malolactic fermentation, the Serafino Sharktooth Shiraz 2013 was matured for a further 24 months in new and older French barrels and hogsheads. Crafted using premium McLaren Vale fruit, it’s full-bodied, ripe and juicy with a concentrated core of dark fruit and plush, ripe tannins.
