Chambers Rosewood Roussanne 2021
The aromatics of this wine are beautiful. An engaging bouquet-garni of bay leaves, thyme and rosemary, with lemon butter toast and kaffirlime and pears. The palate is generous and restrained, characterised by zesty lemons and limes with a textured, soft development. Satisfying, well-balanced flavours with good acidity and layers of fresh lime juice that defines the finish.

David Hook Sagrantino 2022
Full-bore aromatics loaded with liquorice, blackberry, black cherries, olive tapenade and sarsaparilla. A fully weighted palate of generous red earth, black olives and blackberry, but a balanced texture of fine tannins and glossy black fruit with a beautifully detailed finish. This one is sure to satisfy the traditionalists.

De Bortoli Rutherglen Estate Fiano 2022
A gracious nod to the classic Fianos of Campania and Sicily, this one is a class act. Floral aromatics and sour preserved lemon citrus meld amiably with an exotic layer of musk, fig and green apple. Soft and generous on the palate with fine lines of savoury green pepper, celery and guava leading to a lovely white winetextured tannin and a mouth-watering, acid finish.

De Bortoli Rutherglen Estate Sangiovese 2022
An exquisitely crafted wine with a significant value-to-quality ratio. Beautifully varietal with savoury cherries and fine Provencal herbs on the nose. Lake Moodemere Estate Farmer’s Son 2022 Durif
Bold but well-defined aromatics of inky blackberries, star anise and fennel, black pepper and a hint of cigar-box and leafy tomato. A fullweighted
but silky palate full of blackberry, black cherry, raspberry and apple seed. This is a beautifully generous wine, showing restraint and care, well-structured and focused with cleverly integrated oak.

Morris of Rutherglen Rare Topaque
Made from 20+ year old Topaque (Tokay), this deep brown goodness has evocative aromas of Turkish- Delight, nuts, olives and raisons. The palate is truly rich and unctuous with super concentrated layers of molasses, dates, coffee and dark chocolate. Beautifully balanced and dangerously delicious.

Tulloch Mistura
Created from bushfire affected Verdelho grapes, this is a luscious, yet light bodied wine that is as delicious as it is interesting. The aromatics are smokey and spicy with fine, honeyed characters. Light-bodied yet intense, creamy, nutty characters of salted caramel, dried peach, orange rind and candied citrus. Try with ice and orange peel.

Metala Rosé 2023
This is a classic, generous example of a New World Rosé. Loaded with punnets of strawberries on the nose and a fleshy, lime and green apple skin edge this wine is clean across the palate and tart on the finish. This is an attractive and fresh wine that is destined to light up the autumn barbeque scene. Angas & Bremer Touriga Nacional 2021
Exotic and interesting layers of sweet and savoury fruit characterised by dried blackberries, herbs, cloves, purple flowers and liquorice, with further notes of Worcestershire, graphite and alluvial soil. The palate is a juxtapose of slippery mouthfeel leading to a textural wash of tannins and a dried herb finish overlaying a spectrum of blackberry, black cherry and raspberry, with spicy hints of white pepper, black pepper and mace.

Gomersal Shiraz 2021
Classic Barossa aromas of violets and juicy blackcurrants, fine layers of black pepper, red currants, red flowers and dusty earth are abundant in this 2021 vintage. Youthful lines of blackberries and black cherries wash across the palate, accompanied by slippery lines of juicy blackcurrents. This is a classy wine, with a clever power-to-weight balance, finely textured tannins and a light, delicate finish. With time, this wine will develop beautifully.

Amadio Horse & Cart Series Pecorino 2023
An homage to Amadio’s family heritage, this is a moreish example of one of the cool new Italian kids on the block. Juicy and generous, this well-structured wine has class oozing between its tart/sweet layers of lime juice, pears and creamy baked apples framed with mouth-watering acidity. The aromas are pretty and slightly sweet with highlights of preserved lemon, guava, and white and green flowers.

Amadio SV Pinot Grigio 2022
The Amadio family were pioneers of alternate varieties and this is a class act. Fine boned, balanced and stylish with delicate acidity, the palate is clean with an attractive concentration and slippery texture. Tart and fresh with a savoury spectrum of citrus, minerals, justripe pear skins and limes. Aromatics of quince, nectarine, musk and lemon peel in a classic example of a cool climate Pinot Grigio.
