We’ve sourced some of the best cheeses from around the globe, such as Onetik Ossau Iraty, Le Marquis Chevre de Rambouillet, Marcel Petite Comté, and Le Dauphin, to taste alongside the finest Australian examples, matched to stunning Australian wines.
Your hosts, Peter Gross of Black Pearl Epicure, and Selector’s Paul Diamond, will guide you through the cheese making process, explain the vast array of cheese styles, and reveal the art of cheese and wine appreciation. The class will see you experience a unique view of some of the world’s best cheese, including Australia’s.
