Starting with Cava, you’ll taste the Segura Viudas Reserva Heredad Cava, before pitting the Albino Armani, an Italian Prosecco, against the Box Grove Vineyard Prosecco 2016 from Australia. Then it’s France and Australia, with the Ruinart Blanc de Blanc NV alongside the Chandon Whitlands Brut 2013, the Moët Grand Vintage 2009 with the Chandon Vintage Brut 2014, and in the Rosé, the Moët & Chandon Rosé Imperial NV with the Chandon Brut Rosé NV. Finally, it’s that Aussie specialty, Sparkling Shiraz and we compare two including the Gapsted Limited Release Sparkling Saperavi and the Lou Miranda Estate Leone Sparkling Shiraz.
