Being held Friday 15th to Sunday 24th October, the Fine Vines Festival brings together over 30 unique events showcasing the quality and depth of the region’s wine offerings. For aficionados and occasional drinkers alike, Fine Vines invites you to explore the aspects of Margaret River through tastings and tours, masterclasses, dining experiences and exclusive museum wines, plus you’ll get insider access to the vines, experts and wines that have shaped the region.
With just 50 years of winemaking history to its name, Margaret River is one of Australia’s younger regions, recognised as a rising star on the global stage. This Western Australian haven combines the best qualities of viticulture within a stunningly beautiful setting creating a strong sense of place and the promise of an exciting future.

Vintages, Do They Matter? | Fraser Gallop Estate | October 16

Join Fraser Gallop winemaker Clive Otto and restaurateur, WSET educator and wine judge Foni Pollit in the Fraser Gallop Estate barrel hall where they’ll unpack the influence of climatic conditions and the seasonal moods of nature upon the nuances of the vineyard. Explore two decades of Wilyabrup vintages through eight wines.

Margaret River Icons Flight | Fermoy Estate | October 20 and 21

Just 12 guests each session will have an audience with Fermoy Estate’s chief winemaker in an exclusive opportunity to taste museum stock and unreleased vintages.
